Letter to Vice President Kamala Harris - Sept. 8, 2024.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE "DO SOMETHING"!Dear Madam Vice President Kamala Harris, 1. Humility is a very important, must have virtue.2. True and lasting peace, progress and prosperity is only built on a foundation of integrity. Our decisions and actions must be ethical, moral, just and fair to all.3. We are all on the same journey - "from the womb to the tomb".4. A human being does not come into this world to make life a living hell for another human being.5. Family Courts, Child Protection Services and Guardianship - well over 20 million Americans - mothers, fathers, sons and daughters are enduring living hell -- in one of the most civilized nations on Earth since the dawn of civilization.6. Would this be fair to say - if anyone in your staff "does something", i.e., ignores this email, that would be only and only because – they understand that you want your staff to ignore such correspondence.7. Staff always understands the character of the person they are working for and based on that they will in most cases correctly decide what correspondence to ignore.8. Slave masters have adapted. Slavery exists in different forms. Slave masters enslave in different ways. Motive remains same - Greed! 9. I am a SLAVE. I am not complaining. And since 2011 and till there is life in my body, I will keep doing everything I can. 10. I see this as an opportunity to serve, to help make our world a better place.11. Being a Slave, I understand and accept that - I cannot Vote!12. I have reached out to you several times via postal mail and - www.whitehouse.gov/contact/13. I am in search of people who want to "do-something", other than ignoring.14. For past few years, I have reached out to everyone from the President down to Councilman and they all did something - IGNORED me and ignored 20 million others like me!15. Will you say, at least privately in your mind, "my mother Shymala is looking down from heaven and is so happy, so proud that I have done something, I have ignored this letter from Capt. Surender Malhan."16. Please can you give me a photograph of my two children.17. I am a SLAVE. I am not allowed to have even a photograph of my children.18. Never in my wildest dreams, could I have ever imagined, that I would come to America, to become a SLAVE! 19. There are well over 20 million Americans in my kind of situation - enduring varying degrees of Slavery.20. Like a Slave, I don’t have a right to my children, not even to their photograph.21. Like a Slave, I don’t have a right to my earnings. In few weeks, I will be 64 years old. My 42 years of earnings have been taken away and a major portion of my current and future earnings for next 40 years also is being taken away at the rate of $7260/month. 22. Like a Slave, I work 24x7, 365 days a week. 23. Like a Slave, I am being retaliated against for fighting against Slavery in Family Courts. Not just me, even my attorney Paul Clark, an ex-US Marine is being retaliated against.24. Like a Slave or maybe unlike Slaves of the past, I live with a noose around my neck. Any day the noose can tighten.25. Like a Slave, I do not have freedom of speech. I don’t even have the right to say on social media or to news media, that I am a father of two children.26. At 17, I joined the top military academy in India - NDA - National Defence Academy. Duty-Honor-Country. Service Before Self.27. I did my masters in Computer Science from top university in India- IIT - Indian Institute of Technology.28. I have - Bachelors in Science, Bachelors in Electronics Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science.29. I served in the Indian Army for 11 years and left as a Captain on medical grounds.30. Beginning when I was 17, alongside my military career, I devoted virtually my entire leisure time to a self undertaken social work, volunteer work, - to "do-something", to help make our world a better place - studying and guiding the mental, moral, psychological and intellectual development of children and adults. I am a small business owner, software engineer, software architect, author, self funded social worker, reformer activist, and a SLAVE.32. What is one of the most evil place on Earth? Family Courts in the United States of America. Entering a family court is like landing on - Planet of the Predators. 33. What Law is followed in the Family Courts? In family court the only law is "Law of Greed!" 34. In Family Courts, do we have our precious Freedom of Speech? NO! Absolutely NO!35. In Family Courts, is our sacred Constitution valid? NO! In family court, right in front of our eyes, Judges make an utter mockery of our constitution, shred it and flush it down the toilet. Everyone in the State from Governor down to Councilman spend millions of tax payers dollars and thousands of hours of time - aiding and abetting, protecting Family Courts; instead of spending that precious time and money on educating a child in school, who may grow up to pull the trigger or support insurrection.36. What species, what kind of people do we find in Family Court?  The only species we find is "inhumans" - Predators, Child Predators, Robbers who rob the Bank of Litigants - robbing past, present and future earnings. 37. Judgement of divorce in most cases is a slow "Death Sentence". It is a noose around the neck. It can tighten anytime and will tighten over time.38. Victims of family courts - are the living walking dead, trying to get though every single minute, hour, day…, often wishing they were never born. Makes no sense to live in a world of "inhumans".39. If some one says, "I want to bring you into the world of inhumans, into the world of predators", what would you say?40. In family courts there is both - "Power and Secrecy". 41. Where ever there is both Power and Secrecy, then as per Charles Darwin's Theory of Evolution, Theory of Natural Selection, only the inhumans thrive, i.e., it is impossible for a human to work or to be employed in an ecosystem where there is  "Power and Secrecy". 42. Family courts are destroying America, one child at a time, one mother, one father, one family at a time.43. Family courts are the termites eating up America from within.44. Every violent crime in our streets and schools; each and every person who is irrational, illogical, unethical, immoral, unjust and unfair - can directly or indirectly, find the causes / roots / seeds / links - to Family Courts and to all those who protect, aid and abet family courts.  For example Joe would not be a violent criminal if he had received good education; and he would have received good education if the Attorney General and every elected representative - was focussed on education instead of protecting family courts.45. Every state government spends millions of tax payer's dollars, thousands of hours of time - in aiding, abetting and protecting family courts.46. Human mind is like AI - Generative AI. From womb to tomb, a human being's brain, like generative AI, is being trained, - learning either the right behaviors or the wrong ones. 47. Education is the solution to all problems - right education at the right time helps build civilized behaviors.48. Prosecuting big banks v. Prosecuting Family Courts.49. Prosecuting big banks - does take courage, and one can proudly say "I prosecuted big banks, won $20 billion for the people." 50. Prosecuting Family Courts - will take 100 times, may be a million times more courage. And what would one say - "I am Prosecuting child predators, bank robbers in Family Courts." No politician or government official dare say this!51. Since the first man set foot on planet Earth, this rule has been followed - "Crime, corruption, evil, injustice in Government - has to be kept a closely guarded secret!"52. Every attorney general, every elected representative - is well aware of the bone chilling inhumanity in Family Courts.53. Psychological Genocide, Child Predators, Kidnapping and Psychological Murder of Children, Bank Robbers - robbing Bank of Litigants, etc., this terminology is 100% accurate in describing Family Courts, Child Protection Services and Guardianship.54. How can anyone from President down to Councilman - look at Family Court Predators and say: "I approve what you do" and then look at himself in the mirror and ask of himself - integrity, humanity!A Glimpse into my experience in Family Courts55. We don’t need evidence, we don’t need a trial to prove the incredible, immeasurable, unrestrained, unchecked - evil, injustice, crime and corruption in family courts - in each and every family court in the United States of America.56. In 2003, I met Alina in Kharkov, Ukraine. 57. In year 2003, Viktoriya  Myronova, 41 years old and her daughter Alina Myronova, 20 years old, still in college, were living in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Viktoriya was divorced and had a boyfriend Borris Sichev. Viktoriya was a chief accountant in a small firm in Ukraine and corruption was a way of life.58. In 2003, Viktoriya and Alina, made the plan, how they can use me to come to America and get their green cards. As part of the plan Alina pretended to be my girlfriend, fiancee, wife. Alina is about 23 years younger to me.59. In 2004, after arrival in US, they saw an incredible opportunity to steal money and unjustly enrich themselves while they waited for their green cards. 60. From the time we met in Ukraine in May 2003 to the filing of divorce on February 24, 2011, if we follow the money, we can see "one hundred percent" - like any fraudster, they tried to grab as much money as they could, while they waited for their green card. They knew they had the perfect allibi - "marriage certificate".61. Alina and Viktoriya worked in my business SpaceAge - a small software services firm. They unjustly enriched themselves with over $300,000; and stole another $300,000 from marital assets. After getting her green card, Alina filed for divorce on February 24, 2011.62. First year, my children could see me for about 2 hours every day and then luckily my children were with me 4 days a week -- from June 2012 to Sep 8, 2017.63. On September 11, 2017, Alina kidnapped my children. Can an immigrant lady from Ukraine dare to do this by herself. From what I saw in my case and several others who I met and spoke with -- kidnapping children away from one or both parents is routine business - perfected into an art and science. A team of Judges, Lawyers, Psychologists, CPS, Supervised Visitation, etc., -- all work as a well-oiled, well-orchestrated team.64. Motive for kidnapping children away from one or both parents - "follow the money" - both within the State and those who work with the Family Courts.65. After kidnapping children away – lawyers like Tracy Julian from PSWH, can earn 20 times more – in less than four years – over $3 million.66. Year 2019, over two years had passed since my children had been kidnapped and systematically put through a program of what I call "psychological murder". In multiple supervised visits, in the supervised visitation department of the State of New Jersey (in a court room), for one full hour (supervised visitation duration), I stood two feet from my two children, -- my 10 year old daughter and 13 year old son. A father, a brave soldier,  retired Army Captain, watched helplessly as his two children were forced - not to look at him, not to touch him, not to call him "daddy" - for one full hour; forced to act as if their father standing two feet from them, - is non-existent, despite him saying now and then, "I love you very much dear, stay strong, everything will be ok."67. Right inside a "Court Room", multiple times, multiple days, my two helpless children were forced to act as if their father does not exist when he was standing mere two feet from them - for an entire hour. 68. Let us be very clear, in the entire history of human race, such a phenomenon has NEVER happened.69. The Court, the Supervised Visitation Staff, the State of New Jersey - WATCHED and “did something” – they did everything to encourage this. 70. Through such support/actions, attorney Tracy Julian from Pashman Stein Walder Hayden - in mere 4 years, raked in well over $3 million in legal revenues - a figure unheard of in Family Court history. 71. The State of New Jersey, showed to the world a phenomenon that has never happened and can never happen outside of our sacred Court Rooms --  two children, on multiple supervised visits forced to act as if their father did NOT exist, when he stood mere two feet from them for one full hour.72. Judges David B Katz, Terry Bottinelli, Donald J Kessler and Nancy Sivilli, - passed gag orders - and the State of New Jersey, Attorney Generals - Gurbir Grewal, Mr. Matthew J. Platkin, DAG Ms. Barkha Patel and many more - have been working tirelessly for over a decade - protecting, upholding - evil, injustice, crime and corruption in family courts. It is deeply disappointing to see their legal pleadings in federal courts.73. Robbing Bank of Litigants: To steal my past 42 years of earning, current and future earnings -- Judge Terry Bottinelli awarded Alina 65% from my premarital assets, 65% from marital assets, 40% from my post marital assets; and ordered all my assets sold, including my residence of 28 years and my two office units - post marital assets.74. My 35% and Alina's 65% -- all of it was intercepted and pocketed by Tracy Julian from Law firm of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden. Please note PSWH is one of the most powerful law firm in the State of New Jersey and Gary Stein is a retired NJ Supreme Court Judge.75. Super large law firms like PSWH, having retired supreme court judges, are like the powerful monopolies in the 1900's - Standard Oil, Carnegie Steel, JP Morgan. They take the evil, injustice, crime and corruption to a whole new level. I have watched with horror, Tracy Julian talk to Judges as if the Judge is her secretary who spilled coffee on her desk.76. To ensure that PSWH can collect, Terry Bottinelli ordered that I pay Alina's legal fees - over $2million and ordered State of New Jersey to enter this in their account books as "Child Support Backlog". Will any government on Earth allow any individual or business such accounting practice? 77. Accounting $2 million in legal fees as "Child Support Backlog" - this is pure evil, this is a noose around a human being's neck. Not to mention that the $2million in legal fees itself is FRAUD and ILLEGAL!78. Former president Trump is not above the law, but the State of New Jersey, Judge Terri Bottinelli, Judge David B Katz, all Family Court Judges, and all who work tirelessly to protect them, -  are above the law.79. In the entire history of human race there never was and there never will be a law, that would or will, give a spouse 65% of pre-marital asset, 65% of marital asset and 40% of post marital asset. As per Law 65% of pre-marital asset is given only when the spouse has contributed 65% to building the marital asset. In my case, Alina contributed $0.00 and stole over $300,000. Alina was not a housewife. Alina was given employment in my business.80. Robbing Bank of Litigants: What does this say about the JOD? -- all money awarded to Alina, her share and all of my share, all of my past earnings and virtually all of my future earnings - all of this went into the pocket of Tracy Julian / Law firm of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden.81. What motive did Judge Terry Bottinelli and the State of New Jersey have? Judge Terry Bottinelli retired soon after the trial and received a lucrative job offer from a large law firm.82. Ukraine, Israel, Ghaza, Gun Violence, etc. How can any elected representative find a lasting solution to any human problem if they protect and serve - child predators and bank robbers in the government.83. I have written several such correspondences to everyone from President to Councilman - several times over several years. Isn't it alarming if each person did do something - IGNORED! What does it say about anyone who ignores this kind of correspondence?84. How can anyone from President down to Councilman - look at Family Court Predators and say: "I approve what you do" and then look at himself in the mirror and ask of himself - integrity, humanity!85. Do we have any idea - since February 2011, how many hours, time and money I have spent on fighting evil in family courts. Is this how we build a great nation?86. Once again, this is not my story alone - Family Courts, Child Protection Services and Guardianship - well over 20 million Americans - mothers, fathers, sons and daughters are enduring living hell -- in one of the most civilized nations on Earth since the dawn of civilization.On behalf of millions of children and parents, hoping and praying that someone has courage to "do something"!
