Hello Everyone,
What is happening in Family Courts and CPS all over America is - Psychological Genocide, Violation of Human Rights, Violation of Children's Rights, Child Trafficking, Violation of our Constitutional Rights, Violation of our most basic Freedoms, Money Laundering of State and Federal Funds, Brazen mugging of litigants assets, ... the list of crimes are very serious, very deep, extremely widespread.
What we see in family courts all over America is Cartel Style, Mafia Style operation. In family courts our constitution and the most basic human rights are non existent.
And the entire blame is placed on "high conflict divorce, bitter custody battle". We never hear any other crime characterized this way - "high conflict school shooting, high conflict / bitter rape battle, high conflict / bitter sexual harassment allegations; high conflict / bitter burglaries, bank robberies, street fights, gang fights, etc.
In family courts and CPS we are witnessing pandemic levels of criminalization and inhumanity - a total lack of empathy like the Nazis had. Even more alarming is -- this is not limited to family court and CPS, - everyone is in on it - virtually everyone in the government, and everyone who works with the government/family courts/cps - such as lawyers, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, therapists, school staff, etc.
Lets us just ask ourselves this kindergarten level question - "for how long can this go on?"
A truly soul searching question we must ask is: "how can any attorney general, governor, president, senator, congressman, etc., look at the family courts / cps and say 'do what ever you want', and then turn and look at every other department in government and every business and say, 'I need you all to be honest and humane!' And even look at himself (herself) in the mirror and expect honesty and humanity of oneself."
We cannot solve problems of such magnitude through mere 50 character tweets.

If we want to protect our children, we should have strength, we should be able to spend at least 15 minutes every week.

Please think of George Floyd.----------------------------------------(From my previous email)Our Goal is to bring together individuals and groups who can agree to a common course of action, who can devote at least 15 minutes every week to protecting our children from child predators (in family courts and CPS), to helping make our world a safer place for our children.
The first step is to create an awareness, to educate. The easiest way to do this is to -- Identify the biggest, most complex case. Identify 3 to 5 biggest, most complex cases. And the best case scenario is if such a case is "Active". And then to -- (a) Reach out to select people in government - federal and state. (b) Reach out to media. (c) Reach out to people who can make a difference, whose voice can be heard, such as -- prior presidents and first ladies, celebrities, etc. (d) Reach out and enlist as many soldiers like us as court watchers.
I think we have a once in a hundred year event, the biggest, most complex criminal case playing out in family court. I suggest we begin with writing to them, requesting them, urging them -- to watch the trial of case of Myronova v Malhan.
If someone such as -- Dr. Biden, Mrs. Michelle Obama, Mrs. Laura Bush, any one from AG's office, etc., - if they merely tell the world that they are watching, this alone will help save at least 10 children every day.
Let us agree on taking this first crucial baby step. The rest fill follow soon.
We need to knock their door at least once every week.
This is like sales, marketing - we need to stay positive, keep on knocking, never quit, never give up.
We have an incredible window of opportunity. I hope and pray that we all act.
Please, let us for a moment think about millions on the battlefield, who gave it their all, think of their time and sacrifice. We need to protect our freedoms. Lets visit or just visualize ourselves, standing beside the grave of a soldier and make this promise - "If you can give it your all, I certainly can devote 30 minutes a week, fighting from the comfort of my home."
We plan to have such meeting once every week - every Sunday 6pm EST. The duration of the meeting is about 15 to 30 minutes or max 45 minutes.
Time is very precious. There is a lot at stake. I ask that we conduct the meeting with business/military efficiency. The meeting agenda is to discuss, compare notes, share experience - who to reach out to, how, when; what do we write, impact of what we wrote, how we can improve, etc.
As of now to begin with I ask that we agree on, once a week, reaching out to -- (a) The White House - President, Dr. Biden, Vice President, Mr. Emhoff, Attorney General Garland. Identify and share who and how to reach out to them.

MY CASE IN BRIEF:6. Alina Myronova and her mother Viktoriya Myronova - from Ukraine, -- immigration fraud, marriage fraud, theft of over $500,000, attempted murder (food poisoning in Nov 2010), .., endless list of crimes -- yet, since Feb 2011, over one million dollars of my money has been used to pay for her legal fees, and after trial is over it is expected a corrupt court will award another 2 million dollars in legal fees -- to the very person who attempted murder!
7. In April 2017, an attempted murderer -- Alina Myronova, succeeded in filing a false criminal case against me and putting me in jail for over 2 weeks.
8. Over 10.5 years, well over $4 million. At least $2 million more is expected. From what I have assessed, -- this is one of the biggest Criminal case in US history or world history playing out in a US Family Court. Thus far, 56 days of trial, and at least another 50 days expected.
9. 56 days of trial - evidence and testimony from mere one day of trial is sufficient to throw Alina and Viktoriya out of the court and into a Jail cell.
10. After getting her green card, Ukrainian Fraud Alina Myronova filed for divorce on 24 Feb 2011.
11. I counter filed against Alina and her mother Viktoriya. My business SpaceAge filed against both. All three cases were combined into one.
12. Background: In year 2003, mother-daughter pair from Ukraine, - 41 year old Viktoriya and 19 year old Alina plotted to use me to come to America, use me to get their green card and steal as much as they could from my business and marital assets. It was part of this plan that Alina pretended to be my girl friend, fiancée, wife. Viktoriya was the CEO of this horrendous scam.
13. Alina is 22 years and 9 months younger to me, Viktoriya is one year younger to me.
14. In Mar 2004 Alina and her mother Viktoriya arrived in the US. 24 Feb 2011 - Alina-Viktoriya ended their scam, Alina filed for divorce.
15. This is one of the biggest criminal case in family court, -- immigration fraud, marriage fraud, home invasion, theft and unjust enrichment of over $600,000.00, attempted murder, kidnapping of children, forgery of checks and bank documents, false remarriage certificate, lying to grand jury, tampering with evidence, destroying evidence, false domestic violence case filed by Alina, false criminal case filed by Alina; April 2017 Alina got me falsely arrested and I was in jail for 2 weeks, (the list of brazen crimes are endless).
16. The case has been transferred from Hudson county, to Essex County, to Bergen County. Fourth Judge David B Katz began the trial in July 2019 and trial was suspended in July 2020. Fifth Judge Terri Bottinelli now on the case resumed trial on 18 May 2021. Currently "PART-1" of 3 Part Trial.
17. Alina is represented by Ms. Tracy Julian from the biggest and most powerful law firm in New Jersey - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden (over 70 lawyers) -- this law firm has represented an ex-Governor of New Jersey when he was accused of crimes. "Pashman Stein Walder Hayden" --- "Stein" - Gary Stein is retired New Jersey Supreme Court Judge. In past 10 years, this is the 3rd law firm and I guess the 10th attorney representing Alina.
18. In past 10 years I filed over a dozen interlocutory appeals in State Court - all ending in one word ruling - "denied". One interlocutory appeal recently filed by Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, went all the way up to NJ Supreme Court. This move also I think is part of the play book and it showed the incredible clout the law firm has.
19. In recent 4 years I have seen Pashman Stein Walder Hayden law firm's clout and connections and their incredible team. (a) on 8 Sep 2017 my children were kidnapped - part of this team were therapist Kristen Luzzi at JCMC, then attorney Robert Kornitzer from PSWH, two judges - Donald Kessler and the Presiding Judge David Katz at Essex County. (b)After that for consolidating their grip on the children they had Maureen Grippo for supervising supervised parenting time. Maureen Grippo was also a day time employee of the Bergen County Court - across the road from PSWH office. (c) PSWH tried to get fraudulent loan/mortgage on my residence to finance their legal bills - from Caliber Home Loan. They had connections there. (d) PSWH had Alina sell a fraudulent debt of $300,000 to New Chapter Capital Bank. Judge has quashed our subpoenas to obtain loan documents.
20. Alina's signature move is - she lies, cheats, manipulates people to commit crimes, then they all become partner in crime and then they all have to band together till death does them part. Add to this, already we have so much of crime and corruption.
21. In past 10 years I filed 2 more cases in state court against Jersey City Medical Center / Therapist Kristen Luzzi and Soaring Heights Charter School. They were partners in crime with Alina - enabling kidnapping of children. These too were dismissed. We had no time or resources to appeal and it would not matter even if we did.
22. In past 10 years I filed over six cases in Federal District Court (four gag order cases, one class action case about parenting rights, one against City of Bayonne (partner in crime with Alina), one about child support and I may be missing one or two). At least 3 Federal Cases went to 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. One such case - Gag Order Case - filed I guess in 2016, dismissed by District Court, went to 3rd Circuit, we won, remanded back to District Court, and a month ago - again dismissed by District Court, so bizarre! Now we have to file appeal again in 3rd Circuit.
23. Three Gag Orders have been passed. 24. First Gag Order by Judge Nancy Sivilli in 2014 about not to interview with any reporter.
25. Second Gag Order by Judge David Katz on 27 Jan 2020 - $1000 fine for posting anything on social media about my children - not even "I love you, I miss you". An additional $1000 for each additional post, i.e. for the 5th post I will be fined $5000, for the 40th post I will be fined $40,000. As per opposing counsel, I have violated this over 40 times, so I can be sanctioned about $1 Million.
26. Third Gag Order by Judge David Katz -- "Defendant, or anyone on his behalf, is hereby precluded and enjoined from contacting, corresponding with, and/or communicating with any private high school in New Jersey and/or any of their agents or employees…, sanctions in the amount of $10,000 for the first violation, and an additional $10,000 for each subsequent violation (e.g., first violation: $10,000; second violation: $20,000; third violation: $30,000)"
27. Since Feb 2011, I have met with over 25 mental health experts, and have obtained 6 written reports from Psychologist and Psychiatrists. Over 20 Court Parenting Supervisory staff have observed me. Over 10 DCPP workers have visited my residence and spoken with me and my children. Not a single report of mental illness, not a single instance of child abuse. Several instance of abuse by mother and boyfriend - all covered up and the manner of cover up --proves the abuse.
28. Team Alina: (a) Alina, (b) her boy friend Jeffery M Rothstein (has sleep disorder, anxiety. takes Paxil, Ambien and is fond of Alcohol). (c) her mother - Viktoriya Myronova, the CEO of this scam, (d) Viktoriya's new husband - Ken Hayden, (e) Viktoriya's previous boyfriend Mohammed Emara (from 2004 to 2013), Egyptian immigrant, about 30 years older to Viktoriya, disabled, has no family, works in State of New Jersey. He has helped Alina and Viktoriya leverage his contacts in Judiciary and government. (f) The biggest, most powerful law firm who has incredible influence in government and judiciary and also the most accomplished child predator law firm. (g) The most accomplished child predator Psychologist - Dr. Paul Dasher. (h) Recent four years I have seen -- State of NJ - Attorney General's branch, DCPP, State Courts including Supreme Court of New Jersey, Federal District Court, 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals - every one doing everything to cover up the endless list of crimes.
29. The personality types of people involved is important. From what I have seen, studied and learnt from interacting with over a dozen mental health experts - Alina and Viktoriya are a text book example of Narcissistic personality type, -- incredible ability to lie, cheat, steal, manipulate and zero empathy. In court when I see her attorney Tracy Julian I can't tell the difference, I can't tell who is more accomplished - Alina or Tracy?
30. I came to US in March 1995. My family is in India. My mother passed away in 2008 and my dad on 5th May 2021. Alina-Viktoriya had a big role to play in early-untimely death of my parents.
31. In 2011, for over 2 years I was prose. (In 2016 for the 9 days spread over 6 month trial in Domestic Violence case I was Prose). In 2013, I hired Paul Clark a brave, fearless, Ex Marine. He is a solo practitioner and a legal counsel in my business. Just two of us against the entire might of the State Government, State and Federal courts and Team Alina.
32. Not a week passes by when Paul urges me passionately "Captain drop everything, go back to India, .., all your assets 100% will be given to her (Alina) in name of child support..., get the hell out of the country asap, they will send you to Jail and you will die in Jail." He fears I will be homeless, jailed for non payment of child support and in jail I may die due to health reasons.
33. And I always tell Paul-- "focus on the battle, till there is life in my body, I will fight." I explain to him - he was a marine, I was in the Army, think of all the soldiers past and present who have fought and given it their all. Even Paul is at risk of losing his license.
34. My business SpaceAge has declined from about 18 employees in 2011 to mere 4 (including myself and Paul). We have no admin staff to assist us. For legal work, it is just two of us.
35. The amount of evidence, paperwork, etc., is at least 100 times that of any typical family court case.
36. Everyone can see, here is a fraud woman who gave birth to kids to cover up her fraud, get her green card, steal money, etc.
37. I had my 2 children 4 days a week on weekdays for 5 long years from June 2012 to 8 Sep 2017. Three of us were painfully aware that some day mommy will succeed in separating us.
38. On 11 Sep 2017, as per my analysis and evidence I have - Judge David Katz, Judge Donald Kessler, therapist Kristen Luzzi, Alina's then attorney Robert Kornitzer from Pashman Stein, -- they all teamed up, raised a false alarm. 39. Dr. Paul Dasher is the custody expert for Alina. I can see first hand, he is a proven, accomplished child predator. I am told, few year back a 12 year old boy Islam Elkaryoney committed suicide as a result of Dr. Dashers evaluation. 40. I have overwhelming evidence, I have incredible documentation going back 2003. For example -- Uchenna Duru supervised my parenting time on 27 Dec 2017 and wrote a horribly false report to the court; I had audio recorded the visit. Same for parenting supervisor Maureen Grippo, Dr. Paul Dasher, Dr. Chester Sigafoos, etc. My audio recordings show how overwhelmingly evil and corrupt people are. Yet in court a family court, the judge can rule any way he wants because of several reasons, one being - all these people have been partners in crime going back several years. It is like if Jeffrey Epstein is the psychologist, then no Judge or AG will dare prosecute him.

1. Every day I ask myself, what can I say, write or do, so we can help at least one child, - of the 100 or more, that are kidnapped every day by our family courts and CPS?
2. I don’t have a "knee to the neck" video! No one will ever have! But for how long can such psychological genocide, crimes against humanity and children go on? Not to mention, at least 100 suicides every year resulting from, the knee to the neck, by our family courts and CPS.
3. We all understand what our founding father's such as Patrick Henry warned about -- "Power is the great evil with which we are contending. We have divided power between three branches of government and erected checks and balances to prevent abuse of power. However, where is the check on the power of the judiciary? If we fail to check the power of the judiciary, I predict that we will eventually live under judicial tyranny."
4. In our family courts well over 30 million Americans, adults and children, live under absolute "judicial tyranny"!
5. In 1981, I graduated from top military academy in India (NDA). I did masters in Computer Science from top university in India (IIT). I served in Indian Army for 11 years. I had to leave on medical grounds. I came to U.S. in March 1995. I worked as a Software Engineer and Architect in Bankers Trust, JPM Chase, Merrill Lynch and UBS. 9. Disappointingly, our family courts and CPS - are the biggest child predator organization on the planet; the biggest violator of human rights, children's rights, parents rights. We cannot choose to be in denial! Being in denial is a huge self-destructive choice!
10. Insurrection in family courts all over America is a daily event! Insurrection in family courts is supported by all courts - state and federal - and this is truly alarming!
11. In our family court and CPS - our constitutional rights are flushed down the toilet. Children and parents go through, "living hell on earth".
12. Every day all over America, at least one hundred children (may be a 1000 or more) are kidnapped by family courts and CPS; and then slowly, brutally psychologically murdered over the next few years. The irreparable harm and pain - is life long. What a tragic loss this is to the nation!
13. Over 20 million children and parents in America are going through living hell on earth. We cannot build a great nation by destroying children and parents. Every day, well over 100, are forced into our family court gas chambers.

17. It is stunning to see how bold and audacious these two Ukrainian ladies have been in their endless crime spree. It is very disappointing how easily they used their glib charm to leverage the deep-rooted crime and corruption in family courts, cps, etc. For example in March 2008 Alina and Viktoriya used their contacts (NJ State Employee Mohamed Emara) to get Judge Camille Kenny to sign a false ReMarriage certificate.
18. After stealing and unjust enrichment of over $600,000, forgery of documents, destroying evidence, a monumental crime spree including an attempt to murder me, -- Alina filed for divorce on 24 Feb 2011 (ended her scam relationship), and then the real hell began for my children and me. Fortunately till 8 Sep 2017, I had children 4 days a week and I helped them stay strong and thrive. Thank god, I had gained invaluable experience studying and working with children since I was 17 years old.
19. On 9/11/17, as in virtually every case all over America, - using a therapist, false charges were framed, my children were kidnapped, and since then my children and I have been put through living hell on earth.

22. If we have federal oversight of this trial, we will learn a lot. Merely the news, will help save every day at least 10 children from being kidnapped and put through hell on earth.
23. By studying this case we can learn (a) How deep and widespread is violation of human rights, children's rights, parents rights. (b) How bold, deep and wide is - evil, injustice, crime and corruption. (c) We will see how children are kidnapped and psychologically murdered in courts all over America. What we see in family courts all over America is Cartel Style, Mafia Style operation. In family courts our constitution and the most basic human rights are non existent.
And the entire blame is placed on "high conflict divorce, bitter custody battle". We never hear any other crime characterized this way - "high conflict school shooting, high conflict / bitter rape battle, high conflict / bitter sexual harassment allegations; high conflict / bitter burglaries, bank robberies, street fights, gang fights, etc.
In family courts and CPS we are witnessing pandemic levels of criminalization and inhumanity - a total lack of empathy like the Nazis had. Even more alarming is -- this is not limited to family court and CPS, - everyone is in on it - virtually everyone in the government, and everyone who works with the government/family courts/cps - such as lawyers, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, therapists, school staff, etc.
Lets us just ask ourselves this kindergarten level question - "for how long can this go on?"
A truly soul searching question we must ask is: "how can any attorney general, governor, president, senator, congressman, etc., look at the family courts / cps and say 'do what ever you want', and then turn and look at every other department in government and every business and say, 'I need you all to be honest and humane!' And even look at himself (herself) in the mirror and expect honesty and humanity of oneself."
We cannot solve problems of such magnitude through mere 50 character tweets.

The first step is to create an awareness, to educate. The easiest way to do this is to -- Identify the biggest, most complex case. Identify 3 to 5 biggest, most complex cases. And the best case scenario is if such a case is "Active". And then to -- (a) Reach out to select people in government - federal and state. (b) Reach out to media. (c) Reach out to people who can make a difference, whose voice can be heard, such as -- prior presidents and first ladies, celebrities, etc. (d) Reach out and enlist as many soldiers like us as court watchers.
I think we have a once in a hundred year event, the biggest, most complex criminal case playing out in family court. I suggest we begin with writing to them, requesting them, urging them -- to watch the trial of case of Myronova v Malhan.
If someone such as -- Dr. Biden, Mrs. Michelle Obama, Mrs. Laura Bush, any one from AG's office, etc., - if they merely tell the world that they are watching, this alone will help save at least 10 children every day.
Let us agree on taking this first crucial baby step. The rest fill follow soon.

MY CASE IN BRIEF:6. Alina Myronova and her mother Viktoriya Myronova - from Ukraine, -- immigration fraud, marriage fraud, theft of over $500,000, attempted murder (food poisoning in Nov 2010), .., endless list of crimes -- yet, since Feb 2011, over one million dollars of my money has been used to pay for her legal fees, and after trial is over it is expected a corrupt court will award another 2 million dollars in legal fees -- to the very person who attempted murder!
7. In April 2017, an attempted murderer -- Alina Myronova, succeeded in filing a false criminal case against me and putting me in jail for over 2 weeks.
8. Over 10.5 years, well over $4 million. At least $2 million more is expected. From what I have assessed, -- this is one of the biggest Criminal case in US history or world history playing out in a US Family Court. Thus far, 56 days of trial, and at least another 50 days expected.
9. 56 days of trial - evidence and testimony from mere one day of trial is sufficient to throw Alina and Viktoriya out of the court and into a Jail cell.
10. After getting her green card, Ukrainian Fraud Alina Myronova filed for divorce on 24 Feb 2011.
11. I counter filed against Alina and her mother Viktoriya. My business SpaceAge filed against both. All three cases were combined into one.

Background: In year 2003, mother-daughter pair from Ukraine, - 41 year old Viktoriya and 19 year old Alina plotted to use me to come to America, use me to get their green card and steal as much as they could from my business and marital assets. It was part of this plan that Alina pretended to be my girl friend, fiancée, wife. Viktoriya was the CEO of this horrendous scam.
13. Alina is 22 years and 9 months younger to me, Viktoriya is one year younger to me.
14. In Mar 2004 Alina and her mother Viktoriya arrived in the US. 24 Feb 2011 - Alina-Viktoriya ended their scam, Alina filed for divorce.
15. This is one of the biggest criminal case in family court, -- immigration fraud, marriage fraud, home invasion, theft and unjust enrichment of over $600,000.00, attempted murder, kidnapping of children, forgery of checks and bank documents, false remarriage certificate, lying to grand jury, tampering with evidence, destroying evidence, false domestic violence case filed by Alina, false criminal case filed by Alina; April 2017 Alina got me falsely arrested and I was in jail for 2 weeks, (the list of brazen crimes are endless).
16. The case has been transferred from Hudson county, to Essex County, to Bergen County. Fourth Judge David B Katz began the trial in July 2019 and trial was suspended in July 2020. Fifth Judge Terri Bottinelli now on the case resumed trial on 18 May 2021. Currently "PART-1" of 3 Part Trial.
17. Alina is represented by Ms. Tracy Julian from the biggest and most powerful law firm in New Jersey - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden (over 70 lawyers) -- this law firm has represented an ex-Governor of New Jersey when he was accused of crimes. "Pashman Stein Walder Hayden" --- "Stein" - Gary Stein is retired New Jersey Supreme Court Judge. In past 10 years, this is the 3rd law firm and I guess the 10th attorney representing Alina.
18. In past 10 years I filed over a dozen interlocutory appeals in State Court - all ending in one word ruling - "denied". One interlocutory appeal recently filed by Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, went all the way up to NJ Supreme Court. This move also I think is part of the play book and it showed the incredible clout the law firm has.
19. In recent 4 years I have seen Pashman Stein Walder Hayden law firm's clout and connections and their incredible team. (a) on 8 Sep 2017 my children were kidnapped - part of this team were therapist Kristen Luzzi at JCMC, then attorney Robert Kornitzer from PSWH, two judges - Donald Kessler and the Presiding Judge David Katz at Essex County. (b)After that for consolidating their grip on the children they had Maureen Grippo for supervising supervised parenting time. Maureen Grippo was also a day time employee of the Bergen County Court - across the road from PSWH office. (c) PSWH tried to get fraudulent loan/mortgage on my residence to finance their legal bills - from Caliber Home Loan. They had connections there. (d) PSWH had Alina sell a fraudulent debt of $300,000 to New Chapter Capital Bank. Judge has quashed our subpoenas to obtain loan documents.
20. Alina's signature move is - she lies, cheats, manipulates people to commit crimes, then they all become partner in crime and then they all have to band together till death does them part. Add to this, already we have so much of crime and corruption.
21. In past 10 years I filed 2 more cases in state court against Jersey City Medical Center / Therapist Kristen Luzzi and Soaring Heights Charter School. They were partners in crime with Alina - enabling kidnapping of children. These too were dismissed. We had no time or resources to appeal and it would not matter even if we did.
22. In past 10 years I filed over six cases in Federal District Court (four gag order cases, one class action case about parenting rights, one against City of Bayonne (partner in crime with Alina), one about child support and I may be missing one or two). At least 3 Federal Cases went to 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. One such case - Gag Order Case - filed I guess in 2016, dismissed by District Court, went to 3rd Circuit, we won, remanded back to District Court, and a month ago - again dismissed by District Court, so bizarre! Now we have to file appeal again in 3rd Circuit.
23. Three Gag Orders have been passed. 24. First Gag Order by Judge Nancy Sivilli in 2014 about not to interview with any reporter.
25. Second Gag Order by Judge David Katz on 27 Jan 2020 - $1000 fine for posting anything on social media about my children - not even "I love you, I miss you". An additional $1000 for each additional post, i.e. for the 5th post I will be fined $5000, for the 40th post I will be fined $40,000. As per opposing counsel, I have violated this over 40 times, so I can be sanctioned about $1 Million.

Third Gag Order by Judge David Katz -- "Defendant, or anyone on his behalf, is hereby precluded and enjoined from contacting, corresponding with, and/or communicating with any private high school in New Jersey and/or any of their agents or employees…, sanctions in the amount of $10,000 for the first violation, and an additional $10,000 for each subsequent violation (e.g., first violation: $10,000; second violation: $20,000; third violation: $30,000)"
27. Since Feb 2011, I have met with over 25 mental health experts, and have obtained 6 written reports from Psychologist and Psychiatrists. Over 20 Court Parenting Supervisory staff have observed me. Over 10 DCPP workers have visited my residence and spoken with me and my children. Not a single report of mental illness, not a single instance of child abuse. Several instance of abuse by mother and boyfriend - all covered up and the manner of cover up --proves the abuse.
28. Team Alina: (a) Alina, (b) her boy friend Jeffery M Rothstein (has sleep disorder, anxiety. takes Paxil, Ambien and is fond of Alcohol). (c) her mother - Viktoriya Myronova, the CEO of this scam, (d) Viktoriya's new husband - Ken Hayden, (e) Viktoriya's previous boyfriend Mohammed Emara (from 2004 to 2013), Egyptian immigrant, about 30 years older to Viktoriya, disabled, has no family, works in State of New Jersey. He has helped Alina and Viktoriya leverage his contacts in Judiciary and government. (f) The biggest, most powerful law firm who has incredible influence in government and judiciary and also the most accomplished child predator law firm. (g) The most accomplished child predator Psychologist - Dr. Paul Dasher. (h) Recent four years I have seen -- State of NJ - Attorney General's branch, DCPP, State Courts including Supreme Court of New Jersey, Federal District Court, 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals - every one doing everything to cover up the endless list of crimes.
29. The personality types of people involved is important. From what I have seen, studied and learnt from interacting with over a dozen mental health experts - Alina and Viktoriya are a text book example of Narcissistic personality type, -- incredible ability to lie, cheat, steal, manipulate and zero empathy. In court when I see her attorney Tracy Julian I can't tell the difference, I can't tell who is more accomplished - Alina or Tracy?
30. I came to US in March 1995. My family is in India. My mother passed away in 2008 and my dad on 5th May 2021. Alina-Viktoriya had a big role to play in early-untimely death of my parents.
31. In 2011, for over 2 years I was prose. (In 2016 for the 9 days spread over 6 month trial in Domestic Violence case I was Prose). In 2013, I hired Paul Clark a brave, fearless, Ex Marine. He is a solo practitioner and a legal counsel in my business. Just two of us against the entire might of the State Government, State and Federal courts and Team Alina.
32. Not a week passes by when Paul urges me passionately "Captain drop everything, go back to India, .., all your assets 100% will be given to her (Alina) in name of child support..., get the hell out of the country asap, they will send you to Jail and you will die in Jail." He fears I will be homeless, jailed for non payment of child support and in jail I may die due to health reasons.
33. And I always tell Paul-- "focus on the battle, till there is life in my body, I will fight." I explain to him - he was a marine, I was in the Army, think of all the soldiers past and present who have fought and given it their all. Even Paul is at risk of losing his license.
34. My business SpaceAge has declined from about 18 employees in 2011 to mere 4 (including myself and Paul). We have no admin staff to assist us. For legal work, it is just two of us.
35. The amount of evidence, paperwork, etc., is at least 100 times that of any typical family court case.
36. Everyone can see, here is a fraud woman who gave birth to kids to cover up her fraud, get her green card, steal money, etc.
37. I had my 2 children 4 days a week on weekdays for 5 long years from June 2012 to 8 Sep 2017. Three of us were painfully aware that some day mommy will succeed in separating us.

39. Dr. Paul Dasher is the custody expert for Alina. I can see first hand, he is a proven, accomplished child predator. I am told, few year back a 12 year old boy Islam Elkaryoney committed suicide as a result of Dr. Dashers evaluation. 40. I have overwhelming evidence, I have incredible documentation going back 2003. For example -- Uchenna Duru supervised my parenting time on 27 Dec 2017 and wrote a horribly false report to the court; I had audio recorded the visit. Same for parenting supervisor Maureen Grippo, Dr. Paul Dasher, Dr. Chester Sigafoos, etc. My audio recordings show how overwhelmingly evil and corrupt people are. Yet in court a family court, the judge can rule any way he wants because of several reasons, one being - all these people have been partners in crime going back several years. 3. We all understand what our founding father's such as Patrick Henry warned about -- "Power is the great evil with which we are contending. We have divided power between three branches of government and erected checks and balances to prevent abuse of power. However, where is the check on the power of the judiciary? If we fail to check the power of the judiciary, I predict that we will eventually live under judicial tyranny."

After stealing and unjust enrichment of over $600,000, forgery of documents, destroying evidence, a monumental crime spree including an attempt to murder me, -- Alina filed for divorce on 24 Feb 2011 (ended her scam relationship), and then the real hell began for my children and me. Fortunately till 8 Sep 2017, I had children 4 days a week and I helped them stay strong and thrive. Thank god, I had gained invaluable experience studying and working with children since I was 17 years old.
19. On 9/11/17, as in virtually every case all over America, - using a therapist, false charges were framed, my children were kidnapped, and since then my children and I have been put through living hell on earth.
