4. We have enormous suffering from factors we have no control over - covid, climate crisis, tornadoes, floods, wild fires, etc. There is no reason why one human being should inflict inhumane suffering on another human being, that too an "officer of the court" such as attorney Tracy Julian.

As we celebrate and celebrated Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Birthdays,…, -- do we know, several thousands of children have not been allowed even 10 seconds of phone or video conversation with their parent, not allowed to see even the photo of their father (mother) for mere 10 seconds. This is our Humanity! With deep disappointment I say, we have become a nation of "Child Predators".

(c) Child Predators know very well, any child, (lets say 4 year old) can be left in a jungle with the wolves or monkeys and then after 2 years, 4 years, 6 years, - that child (assuming she does not die of any disease) will learn to walk, talk, act and behave like monkeys (wolves (Feral Children)), and with time, such feral children will refuse to go back to the civilized world -- and then the Child Predator tells the world - "look the children don’t want to go back to the other parent."
(d) Child Predators routinely kidnap children, deliver them to the wolves and then after a period of time justify, - "look, the children are happy, they are playing, they are doing well, hence living with the wolves is in their 'best interests', this is where they belong!"
(e) Secrecy breeds crime and corruption. Every evil person, every criminal, every Child Predator demands absolute secrecy.

18. Every day I ask myself, what can I say, write or do, so we can help at least one child, - of the 100 or more, who are kidnapped every day in our family courts and CPS (DCPPP)?

About my case: In May 2003, two Ukrainian Women - Viktoriya Myronova (then 41 years old) and her daughter Alina Myronova (then 19 years old), made a plan (a) to use me to come to America; (b) get their green cards; (c) steal as much as they can from my business and marital assets (over $500,000). Part of this plan was -- Alina (22 years younger) will pretend to be my girl friend, fiancée, wife. Alina agreed to have two children, only to facilitate her and her mother's green card, and to cover up this horrendous, monumental scam!
41. It is stunning to see how bold and audacious these two Ukrainian ladies have been in their endless crime spree. It is very disappointing how easily they used their glib charm to leverage the deep-rooted crime and corruption in family courts, CPS, etc. For example in March 2008 Alina and Viktoriya used their contacts (NJ State Employee Mohamed Emara) to get Judge Camille Kenny to sign a false ReMarriage certificate.

After stealing and unjust enrichment of over $600,000, money laundering, forgery of documents, whiting out checks and bank statements, destroying evidence, a monumental crime spree including a failed attempt to murder me, -- Alina filed for divorce on 24 Feb 2011 (ended her scam relationship). And then the real hell began for my children and me. Fortunately till 8 Sep 2017, I had children 4 days a week and I helped them stay strong and thrive. Thank god, I had gained invaluable experience working with children since I was 17 years old.

On 9/11/17, as in virtually every case all over America, - using a therapist, highly accomplished child predator attorney Robert Kornitzer (predecessor of Tracy Julian), fabricated false charges and, my children were kidnapped. Since then my children and I have been put through living hell on earth. Now I am statistics - one of the 20 million and counting all over America who are stunned, shell shocked -- how easily, willingly and willfully - Judges like Judge David B Katz commit "Moral Suicide!"
44. A human being should not do this to another human being, certainly not to a child who cannot speak for herself.
45. As of 25 December 2021, close to 11 long years and well over $5 million in costs. The trial began in July of 2019, was suspended in July 2020 and resumed on 18 May 2021. Over 100 days of trial!
46. Over $5 million of State and Federal funds (tax payers money) has been spent on just this case alone, in defending one of the biggest criminals in US family court history - Alina Myronova and Viktoriya Myronova Hayden.

34. Insurrection in family courts all over America is a daily event! Insurrection in family courts is supported by all courts - state and federal - and this is truly alarming!
35. In our family court and CPS - our constitutional rights are flushed down the toilet. Children and parents go through a never ending, "living Hell on Earth!"
36. Every day all over America, child predator attorneys like Tracy Julian team up with child predator psychologists and therapists like Dr. Paul Dasher, Kristen Luzzi-Odorisio and kidnap at least one hundred children (may be a 1000 or more); and then slowly, brutally psychologically murder them over the next few years. The irreparable harm and pain - is life long. What a tragic loss to the nation!
37. What kind of a human being does it take to inflict such barbaric cruelty on to a helpless child? And what kind of a human being will look the other way - not have courage to "protect and serve"?
38. Over 20 million children and parents in America are going through living hell on earth. We cannot build a great nation by destroying children and parents. Every day, well over 1000, are forced into our family court gas chambers by child predator lawyers like Tracy Julian.
39. I have been asking for State and Federal oversight; for the attorney general or FBI to monitor, audit, study -- may be once in a hundred year event -- The Trial of Myronova v. Malhan, FM 02-339-21, in the Court of Judge Terry P Bottinelli (Bergen County, NJ. On Zoom).
40. About my case: In May 2003, two Ukrainian Women - Viktoriya Myronova (then 41 years old) and her daughter Alina Myronova (then 19 years old), made a plan (a) to use me to come to America; (b) get their green cards; (c) steal as much as they can from my business and marital assets (over $500,000). Part of this plan was -- Alina (22 years younger) will pretend to be my girl friend, fiancée, wife. Alina agreed to have two children, only to facilitate her and her mother's green card, and to cover up this horrendous, monumental scam!
41. It is stunning to see how bold and audacious these two Ukrainian ladies have been in their endless crime spree. It is very disappointing how easily they used their glib charm to leverage the deep-rooted crime and corruption in family courts, CPS, etc. For example in March 2008 Alina and Viktoriya used their contacts (NJ State Employee Mohamed Emara) to get Judge Camille Kenny to sign a false ReMarriage certificate.
42. After stealing and unjust enrichment of over $600,000, money laundering, forgery of documents, whiting out checks and bank statements, destroying evidence, a monumental crime spree including a failed attempt to murder me, -- Alina filed for divorce on 24 Feb 2011 (ended her scam relationship). And then the real hell began for my children and me. Fortunately till 8 Sep 2017, I had children 4 days a week and I helped them stay strong and thrive. Thank god, I had gained invaluable experience working with children since I was 17 years old.
43. On 9/11/17, as in virtually every case all over America, - using a therapist, highly accomplished child predator attorney Robert Kornitzer (predecessor of Tracy Julian), fabricated false charges and, my children were kidnapped. Since then my children and I have been put through living hell on earth. Now I am statistics - one of the 20 million and counting all over America who are stunned, shell shocked -- how easily, willingly and willfully - Judges like Judge David B Katz commit "Moral Suicide!"
44. A human being should not do this to another human being, certainly not to a child who cannot speak for herself.
45. As of 25 December 2021, close to 11 long years and well over $5 million in costs. The trial began in July of 2019, was suspended in July 2020 and resumed on 18 May 2021. Over 100 days of trial!
46. Over $5 million of State and Federal funds (tax payers money) has been spent on just this case alone, in defending one of the biggest criminals in US family court history - Alina Myronova and Viktoriya Myronova Hayden.
47. If we have State and Federal oversight of this trial, and/or if someone such as yourself spends just 15 minutes in a week studying this case, we will learn a lot. Merely this news, will help save at least 10 children every day from being kidnapped and put through hell on earth.
48. By studying this case we can learn -- (a) How incredibly easy it is for any child predator attorneys like Robert Kornitzer, Tracy Julian to force a Judge like Judge David Katz to commit Moral Suicide. (b) How deep and widespread is violation of human rights, children's rights, parents rights. (c) How bold, deep and wide is - evil, injustice, crime and corruption. (d) We will see how children are kidnapped and psychologically murdered in courts all over America. (e) Through this study, we will be able to save at least 10 or more children every day and at least 3000 or more every year. (f) Above all we will see - this total lack of humanity - is spreading like a pandemic across all sectors of the government and society -- as a nation, as a civilization, we will implode! 49.
